Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed to equip you with the tools, hands-on experience, and inner strength to teach dynamic, challenging, and empowering Vinyasa Yoga classes rooted in tradition and purpose.
Led by a team of experienced and passionate instructors, this comprehensive program is ideal for both aspiring teachers and dedicated practitioners looking to deepen their knowledge of yoga on and off the mat.

Asana breakdowns and intelligent sequencing

Training Format
Six-Week Journey | 200 Hours Total
Your training experience will be a blend of immersive retreat and city-based weekends, offering the best of both worlds: a peaceful deep dive and consistent community support.
Immersive Retreat | Pure Michigan
September 26 – October 2, 2024
Ronora Lodge Retreat Center, Michigan
Step away from the noise of daily life and into nature. This 7-day immersion includes overnight accommodations, nourishing meals, and a dedicated space for practice, study, and connection. Ronora Lodge Retreat Center is 2 hours from downtown Chicago.

Asana labs and sequencing
Anatomy and energetic systems
The Yoga Sutras, meditation, and building community in sacred ceremony format- nightly fireside chats, sound immersion & breathwork to digest the days information.

Weekend 1: October 10 - 12
Remaining Pose Breakdown, Pranayama & Meditation

The Subtle Body: Nadis, Chakras, Koshas + Meditation
Location: Bare Feet Yoga Studio, West Loop

Weekend 2: November 10-12
Hands-On Assisting: Techniques & Practice + Appropriation Discussion
Location: Bare Feet Yoga Studio, West Loop
Instructor: Brandon Cleek & Rajiv Nathan
Weekend 3: November 21- 22
Final Practicals, Feedback & Graduation

Sample Weekend Schedule:
Friday: 5:30–9:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM–7:30 PM
Sunday: 8:30 AM–3:30 PM
Biweekly assignments (3 hours)
Final Practical
Each trainee will graduate by confidently leading a 60-minute class, integrating all the tools and knowledge cultivated during the training.
Tuition & Accommodations
Michigan Retreat Stay + Full Training Tuition
$3000 – Shared KING Rooms with One KING & one Twin Bed (3 rooms total)
$2500 – Shared Twin Rooms (2 rooms total) 4 twin beds in each.
$2000 – Partial Scholarship via Lottery – (twin bed - shared room above)
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.

All course materials
Retreat lodging accommodations and one catered meal (dinner) per day.
Unlimited yoga classes at Bare Feet during the training
NOTE : All transportation & other meals throughout the day are on own by the attendee.
