Rob's passion for yoga transcends the mat, infusing his classes with a unique blend of vitality and groundedness. His approach is authentic and approachable, weaving humor and heartfelt intention into dynamic sequences that nurture the body and soul. Rob's commitment to yoga as a transformative journey shines brightly, guiding his students toward personal growth and equanimity.

Embarking on his yoga path in 2012 within the welcoming walls of a Hatha studio in Philadelphia, Rob discovered a profound sense of renewal and connection. This initial encounter began an ongoing exploration into the depths of yoga's innate power, both personally and within the community. His dedication to the practice led him to complete a 200-hour certification at Bare Feet Power Yoga, followed by an advanced 500-hour training under the mentorship of Jason Crandall.

Rob's belief in yoga as a tool for connection—to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us—is at the heart of his teaching philosophy. He is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment, inviting all who join his classes to discover their own strength, balance, and inner harmony.
