Hadas teaches a power vinyasa flow class. Her intention is to inspire students to push themselves to new places and hopefully to leave class feeling better, more grounded, or more connected than they started. She believes that yoga should be a space where it is safe to struggle, to have good days and bad, to vibe with the music, to explore emotions, to reveal new perspectives and have some fun while doing it.

Initially drawn into yoga through the very physically intense practice of Yoga Sculpt, Hadas trained a year later to become a Sculpt teacher, which she still finds very fun and rewarding. Over time, her interest in power vinyasa grew and she completed her 200 hour Power Yoga Training in 2021. Teaching aside, Hadas always considers herself a student first.

Hadas believes deeply in the connection between physical movement and emotional/mental well-being. In the most literal sense, movement has become Hadas’ therapy. Having spent most of her life battling significant mental health issues, she has found yoga to be an incredible tool beyond the mat. For her, the practice of yoga and other movement-based activities have become a source of empowerment and remarkable growth.
