Erin blends power vinyasa with traditional hot yoga in a set-sequence curated to music, that’s designed to promote physical, mental and emotional vitality.  She offers positive encouragement and shares stories or nuggets of wisdom that speak to your heart in the most profound and direct ways. Her classes are truly accessible to all levels and you can make it as easy or as tough as you want. Want more? Crank out extra chaturangas? Want less? Rest in child’s pose.

If you judge a yoga teacher by the greeting you receive at the door, Erin will have you at “Hello.”  She takes the time to learn your name, answer your questions and make you feel comfortable.  She’s very passionate about fostering a strong sense of community and considers many of her students her dear friends.

Yoga has been a part of Erin’s life for over 30 years and she has old VHS tapes to prove it!  She looks and feels younger than her age and contributes it all to yoga.  In 2015, after years of practicing, she completed her 200 hour CYT from Wild Abundant Life under Debbie Williamson and has been teaching at Bare Feet Power Yoga ever since.
